Pear-Stuffed French Vanilla Toast
This is a classic holiday dish which you can serve to your own family members as well as guests, and you can expect all the plates will be cleaned off.

● 1/2 cup butter, one large pair
● 1/2 cup of diced pears
● 4 cups cubed French bread
● 3/4 cup chopped pecans
● 4 large eggs
● 2 cups French vanilla ice cream
● 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
● 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Mix the brown sugar and butter together in a small bowl, then spread it on to the bottom of a greased square baking dish with 8-inch size.
Layer in the pecans, bread cubes, and diced pears, use a large bowl to combine vanilla, cinnamon, ice cream, and eggs and then pour over the top of your other mixture.
Refrigerate while covered, and allow to stand for several hours.
Preheat the oven to 350° and put your casserole in it for 40 minutes until it's golden brown, and a knife can be inserted and retracted clean.
Allow the mixture to stand for 10 minutes before serving.
